I had high hopes for this hotel due to its lovely setting, but numerous issues made my stay less enjoyable than anticipated. While the rooms are spacious and offer stunning views, the service was disappointing and there seems to be a lack of maintenance throughout the resort. Additionally, the dining experiences left much to be desired, often with slow service and limited menu options. It's a shame because the location is quite appealing.
